The Wealth Solutions Consultant converts prospects to platform users in assigned region, activating and growing advisors.
Provides high-touch sales support to drive assets and adoption of Financial Wellness Solutions. Responsible for lead qualification and follow-up.
Job Responsibilities :
- Identify, profile, and engage advisors to open their first PMC, FSP, SMA, UMA or Exchange account
- Provide high-touch sales support to drive assets, increasing number of AUM accounts on platform
- Drive adoption of Financial Wellness Solutions
- Deliver large group and one-on-one virtual training and education presentations
- Act as liaison between advisor and ENV service teams
- Coordinate with money managers to promote outsourced solutions to prospects
- Partner with enterprise in-house resources to identify and convert prospects
- Campaign call outs, lead generation, and lead vetting for regional team
- Manage and direct hotline calls
- Partner with marketing for content and messaging
- Collaborate with the sales enablement team for sales training content curation and scripting
- Foster productive working relationship with the sales operations team for region performance tracking and Salesforce reporting
- Partner closely with business development teams to attract new clients that allow advisor interaction
- Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.
- As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of experience; prior experience in wholesaling, fee-based consulting, financial advisory, or brokerage necessary
- Understanding of Insurance, Lending / Credit, and Retirement Products
- Proven Ability to present financial wellness solutions through live phone and WebEx engagements
- Excellent communication, presentation and telephone service skills
- Proficient in financial services technology and ability to adapt to frequent technology enhancements
- Base understanding of the fee-based advisory world, with willingness to learn more
