We are seeking a dedicated Child Care Director for our Primrose school located at 11130 jones bridge rd. Johns Creek, GA 30022.
Your role will focus on growing enrollment, ensuring safety and cleanliness, promoting a positive work culture, and driving the expansion of additional schools.
Responsibilities :
- Enrollment & Expansion : Grow and maintain current enrollment
- Safety & Cleanliness : Maintain high standards of safety (Perfect state compliance, Primrose compliance) and cleanliness.
- Work Culture : Promote a positive environment, hire, develop and retain quality staff.
- Family Engagement : Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and ensure parent retention and satisfaction remains high.
- Financial Sustainability : Ensure school occupancy stays above 90% and costs are kept within Primrose standards
Key Metrics :
- Maintain over 90% occupancy
- Maintain perfect Safety, State and Primrose Compliance
Qualifications :
- 3+ years of managing a school with over 150 children.
- Proven track record of maintaining above 90% occupancy with a waitlist.
- Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
- State Certification as director.(required)
- At least 2 years of experience as a group teacher for children under six.
- Previous leadership experience in early education.
- Strong business management and financial skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards and health practices in childcare.
- Passionate about child development and education.
