Position summary : Work as directed by Coordinator to achieve the goals set for customer quality expectations, production requirements, 5S, scrap and rework, and customer delivery expectations.
To over see production activities for shift production, Interpret and communicate policy and procedures set forth by both TS Trim Industries, Inc.
and ISO management, good communication between all levels of associates, to ensure production, quality and safe work conditions.
Promote and encourage teamwork both departmental and shift to shift.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to adapt and be flexible.
- Ability to direct others in a positive manner that promotes good teamwork & morale both departmental and shift to shift.
- Ability to communicate clearly with all levels of associates.
- Familiarity with policies and procedures both ISO and company related.
- Rudimentary root cause analysis and countermeasure capabilities.

- Rudimentary computer knowledge
