Lead Server Job Summary :
- Oversee and support the delivery and execution of quality food service to residents and guests
- Provide our residents with a first-class dining experience in a friendly and social environment
- Be able to build relationships with our residents
- Coach and execute on high quality serving standards, accurate ordering, and attentiveness to resident needs
- This position is leading the lunch and dinner service
Qualifications :
- Previous server or customer service experience required
- Desire to learn and an eagerness to grow
- Food Handlers Card preferred
- Must be over 18 years old
