The Verve Hotel - Boston Natick is seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Breakfast Server.
As a Breakfast Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience each morning.
With a passion for hospitality and attention to detail, you will provide top-notch service and assist in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests.
Responsibilities :
- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcome
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of breakfast area
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Assist in setting up and breaking down breakfast buffet
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
Requirements :
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work mornings 6am-12pm, weekends, and holidays
