We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Strategic Planning Leader. In this role, you will lead complex initiatives with a broad impact and play a key role in large-scale planning.
As a principal-level strategist, you will provide strategic consulting services to client organizations, represent us on industry boards and committees, and contribute to the identification of business investments and alliance opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead complex initiatives with broad impact and actively participate in large-scale planning.
- Provide principal-level strategic consulting services to client organizations.
- Represent the organization on industry boards and committees, contributing to industry influence.
- Review and analyze complex, larger-scale, or longer-term challenges, requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
- Identify strategic business investments and alliance opportunities to drive organizational growth.
- Make decisions in complex situations, influencing and leading the broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives.
- Provide guidance to less experienced staff, fostering professional development.
- Evaluate and approve processes for identified opportunities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate strategically and consult with all levels of the organization to resolve issues and achieve goals.
- Partner with executive management to define business strategy and execute corresponding business plans and initiatives.
- Communicate strategy and related business plans effectively to management.
Required Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in Strategy and Planning.
- Equivalent expertise demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
