Assistant Sales Manager - CycleBar Los Gatos
Xponential Fitness is the national leader in luxury boutique fitness and is looking for amazing talent to join our team. We are seeking a highly sales motivated Assistant Sales Manager to grow our studio’s success! This position will be based at the studio in-person.
POSITION : The Assistant Sales Manager will oversee all studio activities including generating leads, growing membership, improving retail sales as well as upholding the CycleBar studio experience.
Roles and Responsibilities :
2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience required
Proven track record in generating personal sales with strong competitive spirit
Experience with managing and supervising Sales Reps
Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail
Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone
Must be solution-based and results oriented
Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
An affinity and passion for fitness
Solid writing and grammar skills
Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Professional, punctual, reliable and neat and organized
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public
Proficiency with computers and Studio software
College Degree Preferred
Must be able to work a flexible schedule with weekday, evenings and weekend availability
COMPENSATION & PERKS :
Highly competitive base rate plus goal-based commission
Unlimited ride credits at the studio while employed and not on shift (post probation period)
