Position Overview : The Senior Marketing Campaign Manager will lead the campaign development team to drive customer acquisition and increase paid lead appointments for franchisees.

This role involves sourcing and evaluating vendor partnerships to maximize ROI and manage content strategy across campaign channels.

The Senior Marketing Campaign Manager will design and implement opt-in processes for campaigns and create support resources for franchisees.

Additionally, they will collaborate with internal teams and provide performance reports to senior management, using data insights to guide strategic decisions.

Key Accountabilities : Lead and Motivate Team : Lead and motivate the campaign development team through coaching, training, and support to meet customer acquisition and paid lead appointment targets for franchisees.

Vendor Sourcing and Evaluation : Identify, assess, and develop partnerships with new vendor partners to drive paid lead appointments and maximize ROI for franchisees.

Content Strategy and Optimization : Identify, assess, and develop partnerships with new vendor partners to drive paid lead appointments and maximize ROI for franchisees.

Campaign Opt-In Process Management : Design and implement a brand-level opt-in process for campaigns, coordinating with vendors to ensure pricing and delivery.

Franchisee Support Resource Development : Create and maintain a SharePoint resource library to support franchisees with campaign best practices and tools.

Cross-Team Collaboration and Project Execution : Collaborate with brand, marketing, and creative teams to drive successful campaign outcomes and ensure full project completion.

Channel Performance Reporting : Develop and present comprehensive channel performance reports, using data insights to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required. Minimum of seven (7) or more years of general marketing experience.

Minimum of three (3) or more years of marketing leadership experience with track record of success. Previous Home Service experience in either, roofing, HVAC, painting, glass installation, spray foam installation, window coverings, lawn care, lighting installation.

Capacity to manage and prioritize various projects and work to tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, outstanding training acumen, with exceptional negotiation & leadership skills.

Previous franchise experience preferred. Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an Associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
