4+ years of experience in supporting SaaS products
Strong foundation in OS and Database / Server technology (Windows, MS SQL, Oracle, LDAP)
Exceptional presentation skills
Customer-driven with an adaptable approach to troubleshooting
Strong references from previous managers / supervisors
