We are excited to announce an opening for a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dedicated team. This is not your typical PTA role;

its a unique hybrid position that promises variety, challenge, and the chance to make a significant impact in the lives of our patients and your career.

Responsibilities :

What Sets This Role Apart :

Collaborative Caseload Management - Work alongside two experienced Physical Therapists (PTs), managing a partial caseload of minimum 4 visits per day.

Your role extends beyond treatment; its about crafting a seamless, positive experience for every patient.

Beyond Treatment - Youre not just treating patients; youre part of their journey. Assist in documenting sessions in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, building lasting relationships, and maintaining their schedules to ensure a high completion rate of treatment plans.

Adaptability in Action - Flexibility is key. In the absence of a PT due to illness, vacation, or other duties, you'll step in, ensuring continuity of care and maintaining the high standards of service Mobility Fit is known for.

Patient Scheduling Mastery - Take the helm of patient schedules, adeptly handling rescheduling needs and future appointments, ensuring that each patient progresses through their full plan of care with maximum efficiency and satisfaction.

Qualifications :

What You Will Bring to the Mobility Fit Team

  • Must hold a PTA license in the state of OH or be eligible to obtain such license
  • You thrive in a team environment and are passionate about providing exceptional care.
  • Proactive communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Adaptable professional who can efficiently manage caseloads, documentation, and scheduling.
  • Someone ready to step in and maintain continuity of care in the absence of a PT, demonstrating leadership and initiative
