Job Title :

Summary :

  • We are looking for an experienced Rigger to join our team.
  • As a Rigger your role is to lift and move equipment / materials as needed for the job.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Inspect rigging equipment prior to use.
  • Install rigging hardware onto components.
  • Use power and hand tools including, but not limited to, small machine tools, grinders, drills, and hand tools required for metal fabrication .
  • Have basic knowledge of Rigging math so that u can determine if rigging slings are overloaded.
  • Adhere to all site and company rules, regulations, PPE requirements, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.

    • Qualifications :

  • 3 years minimum of industrial Rigging experience, nuclear experience a plus Basic rigging Certification IE; EPRI, NCCER, NCCCO, or equivalent Ability to pass background screens and drug / alcohol testing as required by our customer.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision as well as working as part of a team.
  • Must have reliable transportation, be able to travel extensively, and work variable hours.
  • TWIC card a plus.
  • Physical Requirements Ability to work 10+ hours per day, up to 7 days / week Ability to work in both hot and cold conditions, with possible exposure to radiation or chemicals Ability to perform field work in all areas of the job site, including ability to climb ladders, stairs, and scaffolds at various heights Ability to bend, kneel, crawl, or stoop around equipment safely Ability to work in confined spaces, if needed Ability to lift / carry up to 50 pounds and lift up to 20 pounds overhead Powered by JazzHR
