We are looking for a :

IT Process Technician (m / f / d) at the earliest possible date

These are your tasks :

• You will take care of IT matters in production, focusing on the support, planning and optimization of the process control system.
• System and user support for the process control system (PCS).
• Support for the IT infrastructure in production, including client systems and network.
• Identifying and solving problems in the production processes.
• Implementation of new technologies in existing processes.
• Close cooperation with external service providers and suppliers.
• Participation in meetings and working groups to coordinate and optimize processes.
• Documentation and creation of process sequences and test results.

These are the requirements :

The advertised position requires sound knowledge in the IT field, which can be acquired through completed vocational training or relevant professional experience.

Alternatively, a degree in computer science or related subjects is also an advantage.

• Professional experience in the support of process control systems in production environments.
• Experience with the administration of IT infrastructures and support of client systems.
• Analytical skills to identify and solve problems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Structured and meticulous way of working.
