Responsibilities
- Consistently demonstrate the ability to complete assigned daily ITS duties in an organized manner
- Maintain department averages for inbounds, shortages, and call monitoring scores
- Responsible for maintaining inventory compliance at retail and blocks with the assigned cycles
- Collaborates with assigned Sales reps to ensure that needed inventory is maintained at retail
- The ability to balance assigned workload and extra projects / tasks as assigned
- Manage inbound calls and maintain accuracy around notes and ordering needs for retailers.
