job_description.job_card.job_description$65,000 - $75,000 Responsibilities will include but are not limited to : Client and Advisor Support : Providing account information to clients and Advisors, and maintaining client relationships Account Management : Ensuring proper account opening procedures and documentation, maintaining client records and files, handling incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, processing incoming paperwork and deposits Client Interaction : Serving as first point of contact for most clients thus setting the tone of the experience Relationship Cultivation : Cultivating relationships with clients to proactively help resolve issues and concerns Telephone Coverage : Providing excellent telephone coverage, handling urgent calls with professionalism and good judgment through to resolution Compliance : Complying with all industry rules and regulations, as well as all firm policies Client Services : Greeting guests and clients, providing exceptional service Required Qualifications : Associates Degree : Preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, particularly in managing client relationships and providing exceptional service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and advisors. Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain client records, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Ability to proactively resolve client issues and concerns with professionalism and good judgement. Familiarity with financial software and similar tools (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM platforms) Desired Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree : Preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. At least 2-3 years in a similar role within wealth management or a related financial services firm.
