Business Controller

The Business Controller will play a critical role in integrating finance considerations into local decision-making as part of the country area management team.

This position serves as a key finance partner to business leaders, providing support through detailed analysis and reporting.

The Business Controller will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of management accounting and operational reporting, prepare and analyze profitability reports, and provide valuable management information and recommendations on various financial aspects.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the country area management team to integrate finance considerations
• Serve as a key finance partner to business leaders, offering support through analysis
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of management accounting and operational reporting
• Prepare and analyze profitability reports for various financial aspects
• Provide management with recommendations on financial transactions and operational costs
• Assist in preparing operating budgets and forecasts
• Evaluate and implement programs aimed at cost reduction and improved controls
• Identify opportunities for process improvements
• Ensure compliance with financial, legal, and IT policies
• Conduct local audits and report findings
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Controller
• Previous experience in the Manufacturing Industry is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience with large ERP systems is strongly preferred
• CPA certification is a nice-to-have
