Job Purpose and Impact

• The Senior Professional, Product Management for AI Assistants & AI Agents keeps Cargill’s enterprise AI-assistant platform(ChatGPT Enterprise, M365 Copilots, agentic-automation runtime) safe, up-to-date, and high-performing. You will own and execute on product implementation roadmap including configuration management, version upgrades, license / quota governance, user-onboarding flows, and first-line SRE for the platform’s core services and audit pipelines. Success is measured by zero unplanned downtime during upgrades, 99.9 % platform availability, audit-ready compliance artefacts, and positive NPS from user & builder teams.

Short Description

The expected salary for this position is $95,000.00-$162,000.  Compensation varies depending on a wide of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.

Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law.
