We seek an experienced IT Project Coordinator to help with IT Project coordination activities, including project planning, monitoring, and status reporting.
This position will coordinate work for small projects across multiple IT teams.
Its Remote role with some onsite is required.

Required Skills
4-7 years experience in developing scope, cost estimates, work plans, time schedules, and communication plans, and making work assignments to meet project objectives
4-7 years experience in developing information technology project plans and associated communications documents, identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths, and track and report on project milestones and deliverables
Request the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals and, where required, from other department managers
Technical writing experience compiling formal business documentation around a regulated industry
Experience using MS Project to track coordination task progress
Optional Skills :
Experience working at an Electric Utility or other municipality
