Job Details : Responsibilities :
Responsibilities :
- Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, adoption, and related issues.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
- Collaborate with clients to develop effective legal strategies aligned with their goals.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations.
- Attend client meetings and provide clear explanations of legal processes and potential outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of family law regulations and developments.
Qualifications :
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in the state of practice.
- 3-5 years of experience practicing family law, with a proven record of case success.
- Strong knowledge of family law statutes, regulations, and legal procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Empathetic and compassionate approach to client interactions.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
