- Proficient with Telecom Domain
- Performs advanced business analysis using various techniques, e.g. statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, data mining.
- Determines best practices and develops actionable insights and recommendations for the current business operations or issues.
- Being a Business Data Analyst works closely with the internal or external client to identify analytical requirements.
- May handle special analytical projects as needed.
- Test and certify the product delivered to Prod.
- Additionally, Business Data Analyst may assist in implementing or developing systems to capture business operation information.
- Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.
- Evaluating business processes for efficiency, cost, and other valuable metrics.
- Communicating insights with business teams and key stakeholders.
- Preparing strategic recommendations for process adjustments, procedures, and performance improvements.

- Experience documenting or working with sequence diagrams or process flows to understand all potential use cases in creating the most valuable solution.
- Ability to clearly define business case in user stories to justify the value of work increments in a detailed manner
- Ability to balance a demanding product backlog with a given teams capacity and need to have fully vetted requirements
- Optimizing and leading efficient sessions with product owners and delivery team to ensure readiness of critical work items allowing for on-time delivery
- Agility in terms of handling evolving requirements and ability to effectively manage frequent changes while collaborating with all stakeholders
- Embracing of agile principles to continuously improve processes at a team level
- As required, capture the test data requirements to support unit and in sprint quality assurance testing, and create test data Jira tickets
- Consideration of QA and testing requirements up-front to ensure complete team effort is captured in estimation
- Provide end-to-end test plan, identifying functionality that is available for testing based on development sprint schedule
- Display expertise in knowledge of Xfinity Mobile functionality, systems architecture and systems integration. Apply this functional and technical expertise as an active participant in scrum ceremonies : sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, scrum of scrums
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary
