Project Manager - Mid

Summary :

The main function is to support Money Movement Solutions team with business reporting, data and insights

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities :

Manage multi-year and annual operating business plans. Coordinate across key Product stakeholders and Finance on the business planning, goal setting, and executive reviews.

Analyze performance data, identify and solve any discrepancies. Build materials to highlight business plans, strategic focuses, and overall goals.

Manage and produce the Money Movement monthly reporting pack which includes scorecard, program performance reports, pipeline reports, and strategic initiatives.

Working closely with Finance, Sales and other groups

• Coordinate across teams to track progress, highlight opportunities, identify and mitigate risks.
• Lead process and create materials for executive business reviews. Collaborate with Product teams to build materials on business strategy and updates such as push payments network strategy, ecosystem readiness, product development roadmap, commercialization strategy, etc.
• Manage ongoing and ad-hoc business update requests from various teams ( Investor Relations, Finance, Internal Audits, Global Product Delivery, etc.)
• Leverage custom analytics to gain business insights on impacts, opportunities, and network effects. Manage project prioritization and communication
• Must be highly skilled in developing PowerPoint presentations, distilling detailed information for an executive audience and analyzing data in Excel / Tableau
• Must be highly organized, communicative, and proactive in managing toward deadlines

Education / Experience :

• High School Diploma or GED required
• years financial services related experience required; credit / debit card experience preferred

Skills :

• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time (Required)
• Strong ability to accurately document and record customer / client information (Required)
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback (Typically required)
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint (Required)

Compensation :

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
