HVAC-R Contractor / Team Lead needed for growing business!! Applicant needs a strong acumen in other building mechanical systems.
We service a variety of commercial buildings and AHUs up to 20,000 CFM that require maintenance.
Essential Functions :
Perform duct cleaning maintenance mechanical systems (including but not limited to : RTUs, , AHU, VAV and exhaust systems).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams.
Capable of navigating computer systems
Manage onsite communication with customers.
Maintain a safe work environment.
Assist in training apprentices on routine duct cleaning assignments
Education / Knowledge / Skills Requirements :
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
10-15+ years of experience in a related position, preferably within the HVAC-R or Mechanical industry.
Certification, professional license, or credential required or in process (TDLR, EPA II)
Valid drivers license
Dependable smart mobile device
OSHA 30 preferred (we will pay for course if needed)
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : $ 30-35 / hour varies upon experience
