Position Title : Banquet Sous Chef

Job Description : As our Banquet Sous Chef, you'll work alongside our Executive Chef, contributing to food cost and inventory management while upholding our high culinary standards.

Your core duties will include leading kitchen operations during events and regular service, preparing and presenting exquisite dishes, ensuring kitchen cleanliness, meeting food safety standards, and achieving production goals.

Your keen attention to detail and efficient communication skills will contribute to our hotel's stellar reputation as you work with a team that values collaboration and a positive work environment.

Qualifications :

  • A culinary degree or equivalent work experience in a luxury culinary setting.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Sous Chef, Banquet Chef, or similar role.
  • Proficient knowledge of food cost and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with recipe management, inventory tracking, and menu planning software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
