- Annual Salary Range : $90K - $120K plus a competitive total compensation package.
- Bonus : 2.5 times the annual salary.
Requirements
- US Work Permit.
- Languages : Portuguese and English.
- Experience as an HRBP in varied contexts, including startups and organizational development processes.
- Knowledge of HR with fluid processes, experience in financial sectors, and basic understanding of products.
- Generalist profile, with the ability to work with people, products, execution, and specific needs of operational areas.
- Analytical skills, including analysis of metrics like turnover and organizational climate surveys (pulse).
- Relationship-building skills, critical thinking, and strategic vision.
- Ability to interpret scenarios and develop action plans.
- Seniority to interact with C-Level executives and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between HR and Operations / Technology, fostering effective communication.
- Analyze performance metrics like turnover and employee engagement to identify improvement areas.
- Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Support managers in people management issues, including recruitment and conflict resolution.
- Facilitate the adoption of agile methodologies and promote leadership development programs.
