Location : Studio City, CA (On-site)

Salary : $24 / hour

Hours : Monday to Friday, with potential for overtime / extended hours, including weekends as needed

Position Overview :

A prominent organization in the entertainment industry is seeking a professional, outgoing, and energetic Call Center Representative to join their high-volume Participant Services Center.

This temp-to-hire role is ideal for a customer service-oriented individual with experience in health and pension plan benefits, who can communicate complex plan policies in simple, easy-to-understand terms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails related to benefits, eligibility, claims, pension, premium payments, and other related topics.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of participant interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing participant concerns promptly and effectively.
• Meet established call center performance metrics to support departmental and company goals.
• Ensure consistent and punctual attendance, maintaining a reliable presence in the workplace.

Skills and Qualifications :

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in benefit plan administration and customer service in a high call volume environment.
• Preferred experience with Taft-Hartley, pension, and health plan benefits knowledge.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality, with the flexibility to work overtime / extended hours as needed.
• Proficient in PC skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint, with familiarity with CRM systems.
• Typing skills of 45 words per minute, with preferred 10-key skills by touch.

Additional Information :

Candidates must be comfortable working on-site every day in Studio City, CA. This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
