We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Bookkeeper to join the team in our Family office practice in our Jupiter, FL office .

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees are expected to alternate time between both remote and office. At CohnReznick, we believe in creating the conditions in which everyone can do their best work, collaborate, learn and build community.

YOUR ROLE.

Responsibilities include but not limited to :

  • Performing accounts payable and receivable functions
  • Preparing journal entries to perform month end closings
  • Preparing bank and general ledger reconciliations
  • Contacting outside parties on behalf of high-net-worth clients
  • Preparing personalized financials, cash flow statements and budgets and researching and resolving discrepancies

YOUR EXPERIENCE.

The successful candidate will have :

  • Associates degree and / or three or more years of experience in an accounting setting
  • Experience with A / R, A / P, general ledgers, payroll and sales tax a plus
  • Must be proficient in Excel and QuickBooks
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
