Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician , you will be responsible for providing our current residents with support by completing work orders for various items, such as appliance repair or troubleshooting (including A / C), general plumbing concerns, garbage disposals, smoke or CO2 detectors, and some electrical issues.
Additionally, you will assist the property by preparing units for a new "move-in". This could consist of drywall patching or repair, painting, appliance repair or replacement, and / or anything inside the unit that would need to be fixed to make the unit polished and ready for the new resident to move in.
