Part time massage therapists perform 4 to 20 services a week. Full time massage therapists perform 25 + services a week.

Job Requirements :
- Active Massage Therapy License in Wisconsin.
- Adhere to state massage therapy licensing laws and regulations.
- Carry liability insurance.
- Be able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management and staff.
- Knowledge of Swedish Massage required.
- Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue), but not required.

How our Massage Therapists Facilitate Healing :
- Customize massage treatment plans based on individual clients.
- Create an experience of peace and relaxation for members / guests / other spa professionals through a friendly and helpful approach.
- Generate return clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
- Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas within the spa.
Team Member Essentials :
- Active WI massage therapy license.
- Carry liability insurance.
