In this role, you will be an integral part of a nationwide sales team developing and managing an assigned territory. You will have the opportunity to provide patients with rare diseases with the life-changing and potentially life-saving treatment options they deserve.
Responsibilities :
- Maximize new business opportunities with physicians and other health service providers.
- Present therapeutic products and creatively teach people about their usage.
- Engage in meaningful dialogue that addresses the needs of the health provider and patient.
Minimum Requirements :
- 4+ years of Pharmaceutical or Hospital Sales Experience or Medical Device experience ideally in the Hospital Space.
- 2+ years specialty pharma experience.
- Self-motivated, driven, enthusiastic candidates with an eagerness to work as a team-player, a self-starter and an independent thinker.
- Proven track record of consistent high performance in the role.
- Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.
Desired Requirements :
- Rare disease experience is preferred.
- Know how to navigate the Hospital Space, Hunter, Real Sense of Urgency, Solid Clinical Orientation, Compassionate.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $125,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position.
Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions / bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
