What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
- Ensure project implementation and completion while gaining hands-on exposure to all aspects of the Sales Representative position
- Lead, prioritize, and manage the workflow of product trials, conversions, and / or PV implementations
- Manage customer expectations and align appropriate resources to meet overall goals and objectives
- Conduct weekly team meetings to discuss the state of business with customers and sales representatives
- Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to sales teams, product teams, and customers
What is Required (Qualifications) :
- Bachelors degree and at least 2 years of sales or customer service-related experience
- Experience developing presentations for various audience levels
- Willingness to travel for business purposes (both in-state and out-of-state)
- Strong ability to establish and maintain customer relationships
- Proficient in managing project timelines and resolving issues in a timely manner
