Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of automotive service writing experience
• Must know all core auto repair procedures

Preferred Qualifications (Not required, but advantageous) :

• ASE Certifications
• Proficient in TekMetric
• Understanding of OSHA laws

What we're looking for :

We are looking for a full-time Automotive Service Advisor. This person is a key member of our team who is responsible for delivering a customer service experience that is second to none, beginning with greeting the customer, scheduling the service appointment, and estimating jobs in an accurate and timely manner.

You will get authorization from customers for repairs. This person also coordinates production in the shop, as well as parts ordering.

Lastly, you will make sure we have delivered the completed vehicles to our customers with exceptional quality and value.

• Ability to handle and manage a fast-paced environment
• Develop professional relationships with customers
• Create memorable, positive experiences
• Creates a highly motivated team environment / climate
• Supervising technicians and service personnel, planning and scheduling their duties, assigning work, and following up on the completion of assignments
• Managing parts inventory and outside purchases, as well as updating and restocking all in-house parts when needed
• Verifying technician recommendations prior to communicating needs to the customer
