Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor and Delivery
Location : Marble Falls, TX
Shift : Full-Time, 12-Hour Night Shifts (7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM), 3 Shifts Per Week (36 Hours)
Salary Range : $32 - $53 per hour, based on experience
Bonus : $10,000 sign-on bonus
Job Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse for our Labor & Delivery unit. You will be responsible for overseeing patient care, performing assessments, and developing care plans.
This role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes for both mother and child.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and identify health concerns
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and families during labor and delivery
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure safe and effective care
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure all documentation meets healthcare standards
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities
Qualifications :
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current and valid RN license
- BLS certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire)
- Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience preferred
- Experience with Epic and telemetry is a plus
