Job Title : Forklift Operator (Day Shift)
Job Description
- Complete daily pre-start forklift maintenance inspection report (or VCR)
- Load and unload trailers, rail cars, and / or containers
- Support roll cutter by supplying and emptying totes as needed
- Assist with roll splitting, sorting, deboxing, shredding, and receiving
- Complete load sheet to accurately record the grades, bale count, loading start / stop times for finished goods on outbound shipments
- Assist with basic material grading
- Complete and submit load sheet at completion of shipment
- Follow proper trailer loading and unloading lock-out / tag-out procedure
- Understand and follow load pattern according to trailer, railcar, bale size, and weight variables
- Assist with removing finished bales and storing in proper location
- Complete daily, weekly, monthly PMs for all certified mobile equipment
- Other duties as assigned

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Phoenix, Arizona.
Work Environment
2 shifts (1 req on each) : 6AM - 2 : 30PM and 8 : 30AM - 5 : 30PM. Must be open to working up to 10 hour days. Attire : Face mask, steel-toed shoes, plain t-shirt, and full pants / work jeans required on day 1.
The client will provide the rest of the PPE.
