Tax and Audit Manager
We are currently seeking a highly qualified and motivated individual to join our team as a Tax and Audit Manager. The ideal candidate should have a CPA certification and possess at least 5 years of experience in tax and / or audit functions.
Our work schedule varies, with a reduced 32-hour work week during the summer and longer 50+ hour work weeks during tax season.

- Strong supervisory, interpersonal, motivational, and delegation skills
- Certification eligibility for CPA licensure in Alaska
- Outstanding accounting and analytical proficiencies
- Capability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently
- 2-5 years of recent experience in public accounting
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and oversee client relationships in tax and audit matters, coordinating the provision of additional services as needed
- Manage and lead the staff, including overseeing their daily activities and supporting their career development
- Ensure the delivery of top-quality client service and maintain high levels of client satisfaction
- Conduct and supervise audits, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
