12-Hour Night Shift Rotation Schedule 6p-6a / Every Other Weekend - Additional days or overtime as required to complete the daily demands

About the Role :

As a core member of our frozen warehouse and distributionteam, you will be expected to :

• Work in a -20 degree environment to move product from a conveyor and stack onto a pallet
• Prepare pallets filled with delicious ice cream for the warehouse before it is sent to our customers

Work as a team to support the production of safe, high quality products and team member safety

What We’re Looking For :

• Minimum education of a High School diploma, GED or HSE
• Experience working with PIV.
• Schedule flexibility to work various shifts as needed, especially for training
• Ability to abide by GMP and SQF requirements.
• Ability to legibly complete paperwork.
• Ability to work in a team environment to accomplish set goals
• Work with a safety mindset and efficient manner.

Essential Duties :

• Ability to work in an extreme cold climate, reaching temperatures below -20 F
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., throughout an 8 hour shift up to 12 hour shift, 3 days a week
• Work in a -20 degree environment to move product from a conveyor and stack onto a pallet starting at ground level to over the shoulder height
• Stack pallets filled with delicious ice cream for the warehouse before it is sent to our customers
• Ability to use proper lifting / bending techniques from ground level to overhead at times
• Capable of pushing / pulling 2000 lbs., for an extended amount of time using pallet jacks manual or electric
• Must be able to stand / walk for extended periods throughout assigned shift while maintaining footing on slippery floors
• Work as a team to support the production of safe, high quality products and team member safety
• All other tasks as outlined by supervisor

Base Pay Rate : $19.49 / hour - $21.66 / hour

Shift Differential : $0.50 / hour

Freezer Premium : $1.25 / hour
