Senior Process Manager (Senior Associate level)
In our Always Audit Ready & Risk Management team, we provide horizontal risk, process and project support for our Consumer and Financial Risk Management organizations.
We strive to develop horizontal strategies to optimize how we work in a well managed, risk focused, and always audit ready way for both our clients and our customers.
As a Senior Process Manager within the Card and Economic Forecasting teams, your focus is to provide high-quality, well-managed process and control execution support while also ensuring we maintain a strong risk posture to minimize our overall risk footprint.
In this role you will :
Manage and measure our core day to day process deliverables, working closely with analysts, customers, leadership and stakeholders
Create transparency between performing teams and leadership while delivering on milestones necessary to support the Loss Forecasting and Allowance processes
Develop and maintain project and agile artifacts to ensure that the process is well managed and controlled
Identify areas for innovation and continuous improvements in our process and subsequently drive prioritization and implementation of those changes
Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily sprint stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming and retrospectives
Apply process analytics agenda to drive change, including measuring KPIs and OKRs
Responsibilities :
Drive collaboration and support our process and transformation teams to deliver on our operational efficiency and world class loss estimation product
Execute reporting processes and cadence, program meetings to drive updates, creation of management decision support material and data related dashboards
Drive governance and coordination across teams, including planning, reviews, decisions, re-prioritization, identify opportunities and refine initiatives
Ensure end to end execution of processes for effective tracking, measurement, reporting and communication
Continuously improve and refine our process through process analytics, driving efficiency and maturity while minimizing pain points and complexity

Be digitally curious, with a drive to learn more about the business context and Tech platforms used across our Loss forecasting platforms
Operate as a self-starter and continuously develop project, process and technology skills
Work well with undefined processes, and enjoy the opportunity to build out new processes and standards, gathering inputs from users and reporting up & out on finding
Have strong problem solving and influencing skills
Have work experience achieving results
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office or G-Suite
At least 2 years of experience in Process or Project Management
Preferred Qualifications :
Masters / MBA degree
1+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean or Six Sigma certification
Certified SCRUM or SAFe certification
