Job Details

Responsibilities :

1. Lead the implementation of Procore across various construction projects, ensuring seamless integration and maximum utilization.

2. Provide expert guidance and advice on the Procore Finance Module, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial management best practices.

3. Conduct regular system audits and create detailed reports on usage, performance, and areas for improvement.

4. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the team's understanding and use of Procore and other construction management software.

5. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to define project objectives, set key performance metrics, and establish project approach.

6. Troubleshoot and resolve any Procore related issues, providing technical support to the team as needed.

7. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company is leveraging the best and most efficient tools.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Procore consulting, specifically in implementation and administration.

3. Proficient in Procore Finance Module, construction, project management, and construction management software.

4. Strong understanding of construction industry standards and best practices.

5. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

6. Proven experience in managing large-scale projects and leading teams.

7. Exceptional communication and training skills to effectively guide and support team members.

8. Ability to stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.

9. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.

10. Proven track record of improving system efficiencies and achieving successful project outcomes.
