Tatco Construction is currently seeking candidates for the position of Senior Project Manager. In your role as the Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for supervising, directing, and leading a Profit Center, ensuring the effective coordination and successful delivery of multiple projects from their initial conception to final completion.
This level of impact and responsibility requires collaborating and communicating with owners, superintendents, and internal teams to provide timely updates and ensure a product that exceeds the expectations of our clients.

What you will do :
- Manage a Profit Center focused on planning, initiating, an executing multiple construction projects from conception to completion.
- Approve all bids and proposals for projects within the Profit Center.
- Supervise the development and implementation of comprehensive construction budgets, encompassing resource needs, labor expenditures, material costs, and equipment expenses.
- Managing accounts receivable and collections for projects within the Profit Center.
- Identify and resolve human resource and staffing needs that are cruciall for the successful execution of projects and organizational growth.
- Manage subcontractors and on-going subcontractor development across multiple projects.

Salary Range : $95,000 - $110,000 w / Bonuses
Classification : This role is full-time / in-office and does require construction site visits.
