Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group, Department of Surgery, has an immediate need for a Physician Assistant to join our team in the Division of General Surgery.
- A well-established MIS / Bariatric / General Surgery program with consistent volume and a supportive team environment seeks an advanced practice provider Physician Assistant
- The opportunity to manage your own practice style, while having the support and resources of a comprehensive MIS / Bariatric / General Surgery program
- The Physician Assistant will work in an office setting providing both initial and follow up consultations with general surgery and medical weight loss patients which includes prescribing, treating, and educating patients.
Ambulatory procedures such as pH probe and manometry are also available to learn and perform.
- Additional responsibilities will include patient care coordination with collaborating physicians and Patient Navigators, care plan documentation, assisting with bariatric seminars, work groups, participating in various hospital committees, and tracking of patient work ups.
- The Physician Assistant works in a primary location (LLUH) and may include secondary locations in surrounding areas. An APP’s residence will be taken into considering when determining secondary locations.
Three years of experience is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
The compensation range listed is for starting base compensation only and is adjusted based upon years of experience and / or faculty rank : $130,000 - 180,000.
This amount does not include variable compensation or extra productivity and is subject to the individual department compensation plans.
