Summary :
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Business Services team. The Sr. Business Analyst will be responsible for establishing a solid understanding of the operations, policies, and infrastructure of Business Services, and identifying opportunities for improvement therein.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Work within Business Services to gain a comprehensive understanding of operational processes and technological capabilities.
- Draft business cases and visual workflows to demonstrate ways to improve the client, advisor, and back-office experience.
- Collaborate with home office peers, strategic partners, and the field to lead testing and implement new processes.
- Facilitate successful implementation of business efforts by driving the readiness and adoption of new capabilities around the firm through the development of interactive training collateral and internal and external communications.
- Identify key performance statistics to track progress and measure the impact of new and updated processes.
- Lead critical day-to-day business matters and special projects for the division, such as meeting ongoing requests from our regulators or auditors.
Qualifications :
- Proficient with technology including NetX360, Salesforce, Orion, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Collaborative with ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects concurrently.
- Problem solver with the ability to turn complex problems into realistic solutions.
- Self-starter, open minded and intellectually curious.
- Service-oriented with excellent client service skills.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Analytical, with the ability to interpret and communicate information effectively.
Education and / or Work Experience :
- Minimum Required : Bachelor's degree in business or related field and / or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum Required : 3+ years of financial services industry experience; working knowledge of management business, including investment products, operational processes, account types and regulations is a plus.
Licenses / Registration :
Minimum Required : FINRA Series 7, 63 and / or 66 licenses or must obtain with the first 6-9 months of employment.
