Barton and Gray Mariners Club has revolutionized yachting with a fleet of 80+ Hinckley and custom vessels serving a private membership in harbors along the East Coast and Great Lakes.

Our growing corporate team based in New Hampshire is seeking an Executive Assistant Team Member to join our Portsmouth, NH office.

This role is a multifaceted position designed to provide administrative and operational support to senior leadership, and requires a proactive, highly organized individual who can manage executive-level priorities and is skilled at multi-tasking.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative assistance to the CEO, CFO, CMO, and COO.

Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments.

Organize travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.

Gather and prepare data for reports, presentations and meetings.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Assist the sales team with administrative tasks if bandwidth allows.

Provide occasional support to the concierge team when needed and bandwidth allows.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role preferred.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast paced enviornment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MAC software experience is a plus (but not required).
