Job Summary : Freedom Industries, LLC seeks a skilled and efficient Data Processing Operator to join our Allegheny County, PA team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, formatting, and typing documents in various Microsoft products to ensure accurate and timely data management.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Key Responsibilities :
Create, format, and type documents in various Microsoft products (e.g., Word, Excel, Access).
Verify and ensure the accuracy of entered data.
Maintain and update data records.
Assist with data retrieval and reporting as needed.
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Provide general administrative support related to data processing tasks.
Required Skills / Experience :
Excellent data entry skills.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
