Our client in the retail industry, is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join it's growing team in Duluth, GA. Duties & Responsibilities : Responsible for the timely and efficient processing of a biweekly hourly payroll Assist managers with time and attendance procedures including approvals and changes Follow-up with supervisors and managers on missing or incomplete documentation Import time and pay files into ADP WFN ( Time, Commission, Bonus) Assist with identifying and resolving payroll and HRIS system discrepancies Maintain accurate payroll files, procedures and payment back up for each pay cycle Respond to employees and management regarding payroll and benefits inquires Answer garnishment and child support order notices in a timely manner Assist with setting up multi state garnishments, tax liens and child support orders Assist with Annual Benefit Open Enrollment and day to day benefit administration Assist with ensuring final pay records are in compliance as per standard operating procedures Monthly and ad hoc reporting Other special projects as needed Desired Skills : Associate Degree in business or accounting 1-3 years minimum of full cycle payroll processing ADP WFN experience is preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Team player with superior customer service and time management skills Solid knowledge and understanding of payroll processes and best practices Click here to apply online Powered by JazzHR
