Architect Opportunity with a Growing Forensic Investigation Firm

About the Role : Metric Geo is representing a dynamic and rapidly expanding forensic investigation firm in their search for an experienced Architect.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that values expertise in architectural design and forensic analysis, particularly in high-rise structures.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the preparation and analysis of contract documents, ensuring adherence to industry standards and building codes.
- Perform quality assurance and quality control (QA / QC) reviews on construction documents, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and compliance documents.
- Act as a consultant on construction defect claims, litigation, and premises liability cases, providing expert opinions on construction methodologies and standards of care.
- Analyze and evaluate detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents to solve complex design problems.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive and high-quality results for clients.
What You Bring :
- Extensive experience in architectural design and analysis, with a focus on forensic investigation and high-rise projects.
- Proficient in preparing architectural drawings, details, manufacturer requirements, and ensuring compliance with building codes.
- Strong background in supporting the construction administration phase of projects and preparing detailed engineering reports.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, particularly in structural design and forensic analysis.
- Registered Architect in the relevant state, with NCARB Certification or eligibility.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Willingness to travel within the state, with potential for regional assignments.
