We are seeking a skilled Electrical Test Technician with a strong foundation in electrical theory, hands-on testing experience, and knowledge of industry standards.

This is a Temp to Hire role in Clearwater.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform comprehensive testing, troubleshooting, and diagnostics on circuit boards and electrical components.
- Interpret and apply electrical codes and industry specifications to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Analyze test data, document findings, and report results to the engineering and production teams.
- Use specialized testing equipment to detect and resolve electrical issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and resolving recurring issues in testing processes.
Qualifications :
- Education : Minimum of a 2-year degree in Electrical Technology or related field from an accredited technical school or college.
- Experience : 2+ years of relevant experience in electrical testing, troubleshooting, or a related field.
- Technical Knowledge : Proficiency in reading schematics, interpreting electrical codes, and understanding industry specifications.
- Skills : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Equipment Proficiency : Familiarity with testing tools and equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $19.00 - $24.00
