Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with producers and customer service teams for daily policy management and client experiencePrepare and manage renewal marketing, including updating policy information and working with underwriters for quotesIdentify risk exposure opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional insurance policiesRequired QualificationsMinimum of two (2) years of commercial property and casualty insurance experiencePreference for retail agency experience in a CSR or Account Manager capacityUnderstanding of multiple rating platforms through national and regional insurance carriersState insurance license required within the first 90 days of employment
