Your Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, document, and test software modules, e.g. data parsers, visualizers, data models
- Develop interactive, scientific dashboards
- Perform system and data integration, processing, and interpretation
- Perform profiling and performance analysis
- Create parsers to convert raw data files from numerous and varied laboratory instruments into structured data
- Adhere to best practices in coding, documentation, and testing
- Create and update products working in a Scrum Team according to user stories created by the Product Owners
- Develop and deploy data pipelines running within Kubernetes
Your Background :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Bioinformatics, Computational Chemistry, or comparable field
- Proven experience in developing and delivering software products
- Proficiency with Python programming language
- Experience using Linux
- Experience with Dash is a plus
- Strong coding skills
- Strong mathematical background
- Scientific background i.e. understanding of chemistry and biology laboratory techniques
- Familiarity with cloud architectures and development (AWS)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with a diverse team across many time zones
