Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will read schematics, use fine tools, and work with small hand and power tools to assemble high-quality products.

Hard Skills

• Ability to read schematics
• Ability to use fine tools (small tools)
• Ability to read and comprehend schematics
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools (micrometers, calipers)
• Know how to use a mechanical torque wrench

Soft Skills

• Ability to use hands for long periods of time
• Attention to detail
• Commitment to quality over quantity

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Ballston Spa, New York.

Work Environment

You will work in a very clean and organized industrial environment. The team consists of over 230 professionals who specialize in the design and manufacture of auxiliary power converters and on-board systems for railway cars.

The dress code includes steel-toed boots and work pants. Dress in layers during fall and winter as you may need to go outside if the safety bell rings.

The shift is Monday to Friday, 7 : 30 AM to 3 : 30 PM.
