Experience and Skills
In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Maintenance Department, including the hands-on completion of necessary repair work, in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing our facility, as directed by the facility administrator.
You will ensure that the facility is maintained in a safe and comfortable manner. The candidate must possess the ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions, possess leadership ability, and be knowledgeable of maintenance practices and procedures.
Responsibilities also include oversight of the Laundry / Housekeeping Departments.
