Position : Legal Assistant (2 Positions)

Company Name is currently seeking two dedicated Legal Assistants to join our team in St. Louis, MO. If you're organized, efficient, and have excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Responsibilities :
- Making outbound calls to clients and assisting with appointment scheduling.
- Preparing and sending official letters and documents.
- Managing and checking on liens related to cases.
- Assisting with document organization, filing, and data entry.
- Providing general administrative support to the legal team.
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Information :
- This is a full-time position.
- Previous experience as a legal assistant or in an administrative role is beneficial but not required.
