We are in search of an experienced Manufacturing Costing Associate.

This person must be committed to providing outstanding customer service.

The target is to ensure excellent customer service standards, provide accurate manufacturing quotes, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

• Learning the manufacturing operation and translating that knowledge into quoting / costing of manufactured products.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies and guidelines, in a friendly and professional manner.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
• General office administration support.

Skills needed :

• 2+ years of customer support experience
• Strong ability to take in technical info and translate it into costing
• Mechanically inclined
• Machine Tool Background preferred
• Ability to read basic prints.
• Excel proficiency.
• Ability to learn industry specs and research standards.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
• Patience in learning the quoting process.
• Effective telephone communication skills, with the ability to discuss and problem-solve situations that could arise with the customer.
• Achieve and maintain rapport with customers and work to give them the best possible service regularly.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Positive and professional demeanor.
• This position will provide the successful candidate with the chance to learn new skills, work as a team, and build a career.
• ERP Software or manufacturing accounting experience a plus!
